JOB SUMMARY: The Technical Service Director leads and develops Regional Services Leaders and their teams while driving a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. It oversees service growth strategies, financial performance, and customer satisfaction through strong technical expertise in telecom/cable power distribution and effective partner engagement. The position ensures operational excellence by championing safety, integrity, and consistent execution across regions. This role will report to the VP of Services and will travel up to 30% within the US.
