The mission for Google Shopping is to build the best place for consumers to start their commerce journeys and the best place for businesses to connect with merchants, regardless of where those journeys complete. We provide comprehensive results and help shoppers discover, compare and purchase products in Search, the Shopping Property and through other Google surfaces such as Discover, GMail and YouTube. We support and partner with the entire retail ecosystem, from large retailers to small local shops, to give them the tools, technology and scale to grow in today's digital world. As Director, you will work closely with executives and their leadership teams to help them effectively run their team and business. Critical to the success of Strategy and Operations, you will utilize the ability to flex across both strategic and operational initiatives, building effective bridges and alignment through partnerships and communication skills. You will serve as a proxy for the Vice President, as appropriate, and lead a large team consisting of Merchant Strategy and Program Management.
