Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 3 years of related experience. Employer will accept pre-Bachelor's degree experience. Employer will accept 2 years of additional experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Enterprise technology and product management experience; Leadership experience, including mentoring and overseeing teams; Documenting and prioritizing product features; Managing end-to-end product lifecycles; Payroll Domain expertise; Agile software methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean; API and REST; Leading project portfolios with many key stakeholders; HCM Domain; Overseeing scrum teams to ensure alignment and timeline deliverables; and Strategic return in investment analysis, product strategy.

  • Responsibilities. Responsible for overseeing a team of product managers through mentoring and thought leadership. Define and prioritize product features and roadmap in alignment with product strategy. Champion collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision making, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise. Act as a liaison across the product team and the cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, UX, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products. Ensure the platform is flexible and scalable to meet diverse customer needs in multicountry environment. Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements. Communicate product updates, roadmap, and vision to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction and address any product-related issues or concerns. Responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. May conduct or facilitate periodic reviews and assisting in strategic planning, budgeting and leadership presentations and communication.
