About The Position

The Director Technical Manufacturing is a high-level leader that will be responsible for the leadership and management of Technical Manufacturing operations. This role involves driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Create a maintenance culture that drives safety
• Hire, manage, coach and develop a high performing maintenance team that meets agreed objectives, delivers best practice results, adds value and pursues continuous improvements
• Drive asset reliability
• Minimize breakdown recovery
• Maximize internal customer service and relationships
• Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere. Support encourage and develop team and take ownership for team cohesion
• Maintain Budget and control conversion cost
• Deploy and optimize maintenance support systems
