About The Position
The Director, Tax plans and implements the global tax strategy. The role oversees all aspects of income tax, sales and use tax, VAT and property taxes and all interactions with third party tax service providers, with the goal of setting Bird up for success in the future by preserving tax assets, mitigating cash taxes, advising on transactions and providing insights to the CFO org. This role will not have direct reports.
