The Director of Talent Development (TD) will provide strategic leadership and consultation for the talent development team. This position is responsible for the development, launch, delivery and evaluation of programs, tools, and processes to build and sustain organizational and leadership capability and development. This role will be tasked with ensuring we provide strategic learning and development models, frameworks, technologies and ways of working that drive impact, efficiency, effectiveness and scalability, underpinned by robust governance. In this critical role, you will be working strategically at the cutting edge of learning innovation, skills and learning resulting in growth and business impact. This role will manage a team of two which includes the Sr. Talent Development Specialist and Talent Development Specialist.
