About The Position

The Director, Talent and Organizational Development is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of learning and development to support organizational business objectives. This individual is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive learning strategy to engage, develop, and retain the talent base required for continued growth at BOK Financial. This includes the formal needs assessment, design, deployment, and evaluation of learning programs including sales training, credit training, leadership and management development, employee development, career pathing, core competencies, and change management. This individual is responsible for partnering with the CHRO, the HR Leadership Team, line of business/market leaders, senior leaders, and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure that learning aligns with business objectives.
