The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and manage our organization's recruitment efforts and strategy for high volume recruitment. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure our talent acquisition goals align with the credit union's overarching strategic objectives and growth goals. Key responsibilities for this position include improving efficiencies within our current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment processes. The Director will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for enhancements, including the effective integration of AI into our recruitment practices. Furthermore, this role will involve facilitating the development of advanced analytics, identifying innovative outreach solutions, and recommending effective external assessment tools.
