As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Point32Health, you will lead the organization's Talent Acquisition efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, you will be a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, defining and executing Point32Health's Talent Acquisition strategy. You will be accountable for recruiting, developing, and retaining a world-class Talent Acquisition team, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering closely with leadership to translate business objectives into talent acquisition imperatives. In this role, you will oversee the entire Talent Acquisition function, including executive recruiting, corporate staffing, high-volume recruiting, employer branding, talent intelligence, and coordination. You will develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with business and People leaders to support the company's growth and objectives. Leading the organization through periods of significant scale, you will employ innovative tactics to achieve hiring targets and provide hands-on recruiting support during peak times or as needed, ensuring alignment with team efforts. You will also be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing a talented Talent Acquisition team capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and humility within the team will be essential. As a mentor and coach, you will inspire and motivate the team while maintaining a strong connection to day-to-day operations. Strategic partnership with Point32Health's leadership will be crucial as you translate business objectives into talent acquisition priorities and advise on best practices. You will build and maintain collaborative, impactful relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, influencing peers and business leaders while facilitating alignment. Additionally, managing relationships with external partners, subcontractors, and vendors will ensure effective collaboration and service delivery. Your role will also involve defining and executing Point32Health's DEIA objectives in partnership with business and People leadership, ensuring the Talent Acquisition function supports and enhances the organization's DEIA goals through targeted recruitment strategies and sustainable impact. Utilizing a data-driven yet qualitatively informed approach, you will communicate Talent Acquisition decisions and performance, developing appropriate metrics, service-level agreements, and tracking mechanisms to build accountability, measure results, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of the hiring process. Maintaining ownership of recruitment processes will be key, ensuring they are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. You will partner with the People Operations team to refine the Talent Acquisition “tech stack” and processes to enhance recruiter impact, hiring manager engagement, and candidate experience. Remaining intellectually curious about trends and innovative recruiting techniques will help you continuously evolve and shape efforts to be better every day. Finally, you will integrate tightly into the annual business planning and strategic workforce planning processes to understand Point32Health's hiring objectives, proactively building the Talent Acquisition capabilities necessary to achieve those objectives while balancing both strategic and operational demands.
