About The Position

The Director of Talent Acquisition at B. Braun Medical Inc. is responsible for managing the recruitment and selection function for the North America Region, which includes the US and Canada. This role provides strategic direction and leadership in candidate sourcing, supplier management, and resource allocation, while promoting B. Braun's reputation as an employer of choice. The position involves leading a team of professional recruiters to deliver diverse candidate pipelines across various roles and collaborating with global partners to ensure consistency in talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years HR experience, 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, and 5 years management experience.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Talent Acquisition function including a team of professional recruiters.
• Develops and maintains relationships with external partners including recruiters and employment agencies.
• Establishes best practice standards for North America and collaborates closely with global partners.
• Partners with leaders and HRBP to create workforce plans supporting the overall needs of the business.
• Creates branding strategies with internal partners to position B. Braun as an employer of choice.
• Develops, tracks, and evaluates metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment efforts.
• Develops and manages the Talent Acquisition budget.
• Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the employment process.
