About The Position

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a talented team of recruiters to deliver exceptional hiring experience. With a focus on storytelling through data, you'll inspire decision-making and innovation, champion the use of insights to optimize our strategies, and communicate Proofpoint's unique value proposition to prospective candidates.
