Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of recruitment leadership experience
  • Demonstrated background in recruitment strategy, conception and development supported by operational depth
  • Ability to partner with all levels of the organization, including CEO and executive team
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into strategic recruitment recommendations and follow through with metric-driven execution
  • Solid understanding of HR related regulations and compliance procedures applicable to recruiting
  • Organizational, communication, leadership and client service skills
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Experience building and optimizing recruiting infrastructure (e.g., recruiting strategy, budget, tools, trade school recruiting)
  • Strong knowledge of the collision repair and allied industries
  • Experience working and partnering cross-functionally to drive results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition approach to achieve our goal of attracting and engaging top industry talent
  • Day-to-day leadership of the field recruiting team and administrative support staff
  • Deliver quick and driven results for aggressive hiring plans for technical and non-technical roles across the organization
  • Partner with key stakeholders to create recruiting roadmaps and identify strategic hiring plans
  • Analyze best practices, and operational improvements, including applicant tracking system and tools
  • Create innovative and non-traditional sourcing strategies, programs, events and campaigns to help hire the best talent
  • Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics. Establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interview teams and candidate experience
  • Lead with data, analytics and insights to drive operational improvements and excellence to support our rapid growth
  • Other duties as assigned
