About The Position
The Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) Services - America (AME) is a key role for Treasury Americas and responsible for the delivery of TA Services across the Region. Leading a core team (3) who prove TA delivery excellence, you will help define and execute TWE recruitment services and operations on behalf of the Global Head of TA Services Lead. As part of this Global team, we will be embarking on a technology and process transformation journey, seeking to align our processes and standards with global best practice, whilst ensuring suitable we cater for regional needs.
