Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area and 5 years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • 7 years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or other area.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Professional in Human Resources certification.
  • Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting strategy for Revenue and Marketing functions, aligning efforts with business priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and build diverse pipelines.
  • Leverage data and workforce planning insights to drive proactive sourcing and hiring decisions.
  • Guide and develop a high-performing recruiting team to deliver best-in-class candidate experiences.
  • Share market trends and best practices to continuously evolve recruiting capabilities.
