About The Position

We are seeking a Director, Global Talent Acquisition to lead and transform our global recruiting efforts. This role will be responsible for defining and delivering a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy across a global remit, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent to drive our company's growth and strategic objectives. As a proven leader, you will oversee a global team of talent acquisition professionals and be accountable for the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, including talent acquisition operations, candidate pipelining, selection strategy, HR technology road-mapping, and workforce planning. This role requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence to partner effectively with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers worldwide.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a global recruiting function.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing global teams of 15+ individuals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all facets of talent acquisition, including talent acquisition operations, candidate selection, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency with modern talent acquisition technology stack (ATS, CRM, etc.) with a track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Strong experience in a fast-paced, complex, and global organizational environment.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and a proven ability to deliver results in matrixed organizations.
  • Deep understanding of global recruiting best practices, legal compliance, and cultural nuances across different regions.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive the implementation of a multi-year talent acquisition strategy on a global level that supports the company's overarching business goals and workforce demands.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering an entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes speed, quality, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Oversee all aspects of global talent acquisition operations, ensuring processes and technology are efficient, compliant, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
  • Implement best-in-class candidate selection methodologies, including structured interviewing, assessment tools, and inclusive practices.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs, develop proactive workforce plans, and provide insights into market trends.
  • Serve as the enterprise thought leader for talent acquisition, championing fair and scalable hiring practices.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners.
  • Operationalize a data-driven talent acquisition function, leveraging advanced analytics, recruiting technology, and competitive intelligence.
