About The Position

The Director, Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence provides enterprise‑level leadership and strategic oversight for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of core processes, tools, and technologies that enable business strategy and performance. You will set the vision and multi‑year roadmap for scalable operating models, driving efficiency, consistency, and high‑quality outcomes across functions. You will lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives, oversee significant vendor and technology investments, and ensure strong value realization. The role also champions operational modernization, data‑driven decision‑making, and change initiatives that enhance user experience and long‑term organizational capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 10+ years in operational excellence, transformation, enterprise operations, or related leadership role required. Previous talent acquisition experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives with material enterprise impact.
  • Proven skill influencing senior and executive leaders without direct authority.
  • Enterprise mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into scalable operating models and execution frameworks.
  • Advanced analytical, judgment, and decision‑making capability in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong executive communication and facilitation skills, conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven capability managing significant vendor relationships, budgets, and programs.
  • Effective change leadership with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build leadership capability at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Set the enterprise strategy and multi‑year roadmap for operational excellence by aligning processes, operating models, tools, and capabilities to business priorities, ensuring scalable execution and sustained performance outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by standardizing, documenting, automating, and simplifying enterprise workflows to reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and deliver consistent, high‑quality results.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise tools and technologies to improve operational effectiveness, adoption, and long‑term return on investment.
  • Establishe governance frameworks, decision rights, performance standards, and controls to ensure compliant, repeatable execution and clear accountability across functions.
  • Provide strategic oversight of external partners and vendors to manage risk, control cost, and ensure delivery of measurable value aligned to enterprise objectives.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and performance insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling fact‑based decision‑making and executive‑level prioritization.
  • Improve internal and external user experiences by incorporating feedback into process and solution design, simplifying interactions, and aligning operational outcomes to business needs.
  • Lead enterprise change and capability‑building initiatives by embedding new processes, tools, and ways of working through structured change management, training, and leadership development.
