About The Position
Zscaler is looking for a strategic and dynamic Director of G&A Recruiting to lead talent acquisition efforts for key functions including People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with senior leaders and hiring teams to implement innovative recruiting strategies, foster diversity in hiring, and ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent aligned with Zscaler’s values. You will bring a data-driven approach with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. You will be based hybrid in San Jose, CA (going into the office Tuesday-Thursday) and be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders and People Business Partners to address workforce planning needs and build effective hiring solutions, mentoring, supporting, and scaling a collaborative and results-driven recruiting team, and enhancing the candidate experience through continuous process improvements and leveraging data-driven insights.
