About The Position
Your Role The Director, Solutioning & Configuration provides strategic leadership for Facets solution design, configuration governance, and operational scalability. This role builds internal SME capabilities, accelerates product and customer onboarding, and drives process, quality, and performance improvements through standard, automation, and AI-enabled tools to support enterprise growth and cost efficiently.
