The Supply Chain Director, North America is a strategic leader responsible for modernizing and optimizing the end‑to-end supply chain through data‑driven decision-making, advanced technologies, and AI‑powered capabilities. This role leads large-scale transformation initiatives, enhances operational efficiency, and drives innovation across planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate brings deep supply chain expertise, proven change leadership, and hands‑on experience deploying AI, automation, and digital solutions in complex global environments.

Requirements

10+ years related professional experience in Supply Chain Management and leading teams
Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management
Program and Project Management Skills highly preferred.
Prior experience in executing supply chain transformations
Computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Power point and ERP systems.
Ability to work to a deadline and strong organizational skills.
Ability to influence others through the employment of sound judgment.
Demonstrated experience in understanding customer needs and communicating to ensure organizational capability to meet.
Demonstrated executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated capability to work in a Matrix and lead teams through functional leadership
Demonstrated capability to lead teams worldwide
Self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Willingness to travel globally 50% +

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain transformation roadmap aligned with the global SCM strategy.
Lead initiatives to modernize systems, processes, and capabilities across global supply chain operations.
Champion digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics to improve end‑to-end performance, resilience, and visibility.
AI & Technology Enablement Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network planning, and risk management.
Partner with IT, data science, and analytics teams to implement AI-driven tools and supply chain visibility platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., digital twins, RPA, advanced planning systems, IoT) and drive adoption where business value is clear.
Operational Excellence Oversee end-to-end supply chain performance, including service levels, cost efficiency, sustainability, and risk mitigation.
Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to monitor process stability and continuous improvement.
Drive standardization of global processes and strengthen cross‑functional alignment with operations, finance, procurement, and commercial teams.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Lead organizational change initiatives tied to new systems, processes, and operating models.
Communicate vision, progress, and results to executive leadership and broader teams.
Build and mentor a high-performing team with strong digital and analytic capabilities.
Risk, Compliance & Sustainability Strengthen supply chain resilience through scenario planning, risk monitoring, and diversification strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and ethical supply chain standards.
Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into supply chain strategy and execution.
