About The Position

The Director Supply Chain PMO leads the centralized Program Management Office responsible for governing and delivering key supply chain initiatives across the enterprise. This role ensures project alignment with business objectives, resource optimization, risk mitigation, and benefits realization. The Director partners across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Operations to support enterprise transformation and procurement modernization, delivering measurable value through project execution excellence. The scope of responsibility includes governance of all major Supply Chain initiatives, enterprise-wide supply chain project portfolio management, and project performance reporting and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of prior relevant experience in project or program management
  • strong commitment to the company’s values of integrity, accountability, innovation, and inclusion
  • excel in collaboration and stakeholder management across business units
  • clear focus on operational execution and delivering measurable results
  • proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in large organizations
  • led a centralized PMO or worked extensively in a PMO environment

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce governance structures, methodologies, and project standards.
  • Create project prioritization frameworks and lead intake and approval processes.
  • Maintain program dashboards and executive reporting on timelines, KPIs, and risks.
  • Monitor initiative progress and intervene to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Partner with project sponsors and functional leaders to define scope, resources, and success metrics.
  • Support business case development, change management planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Introduce PMO best practices, tools, and templates to drive consistency and quality.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and development support to project leads and business partners.
  • Support strategic planning and capacity management across the supply chain function.
