About The Position
Shaw Industries is hiring a Director of Supply Chain Operations for our Northwest Georgia area. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Supply Chain leader that will enable sales success in a geographical region. This leader will reside in geography with an office in the main logistics hub and work daily with the local Business Unit (BU) General Manager/Divisional Vice President (DVP) to develop and act on supply chain strategies. The ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, foster innovative partnerships, prioritize customer centricity, excel in supply chain management, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain an employee-centric approach. This role will collaborate at the same level with Residential, Commercial, and Turf BU leaders in the respective geography.
