Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field.
  • Extensive experience in clinical research, with a focus on study start-up activities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the Study Start Up team to ensure efficient and timely initiation of clinical trials.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for optimizing study start-up timelines and processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the study start-up phase.
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and approvals.
  • Providing expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices related to study start-up activities.
