About The Position
The Director of Student Leadership & Residential Life provides administrative direction and leadership for the Student Life & Residential Life programs, including development and execution of department vision and goals that contribute to and support the College's mission and values. The Office of Student Life provides engagement opportunities for all Shoreline students to enhance their social, academic, professional, and personal development. Residential Life provides a safe and secure environment for students living in on-campus housing, with live-in staff offering support through a community-focused and developmental curriculum. Resident Assistants (RAs) provide programmatic and emergency support for students via weekly activities and after-hours emergency crisis response.
