About The Position

As the Director, Streaming, you will lead key streaming partnerships and drive exposure and growth for Big Loud artists across DSPs. You’ll own day-to-day relationships with platform partners, support overall streaming strategy, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities that elevate our roster. By combining strong relationship management with analysis, you will advocate for our artists, build meaningful partnerships, and translate performance metrics into clear, actionable strategies that fuel visibility and impact.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in streaming, digital music, or platform partnerships.
Proven experience managing external partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the VP, Streaming to drive overall streaming strategy across the artist roster.
Own and manage day-to-day relationships with key streaming partners (DSPs).
Identify and execute opportunities to maximize artist visibility, playlisting, and platform marketing support.
Lead bi-weekly partner calls and prepare comprehensive updates, performance recaps, and strategic pitches.
Analyze streaming performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and optimization strategies.
Prepare insights-driven reports and presentations for internal leadership and external partners.
Support data-informed decision-making for release strategies, partner negotiations, and marketing initiatives.
Partner with Marketing, Radio, Digital, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on streaming strategy and execution.
Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including performance summaries and opportunity briefs.
Act as a key internal resource for streaming updates and insights across the company.
