The Director, Streaming & Fandom Marketing is the senior executive responsible for leading Cineverse’s end‑to-end growth strategy across its entire streaming ecosystem—including 8 owned DTC brands, 11 owned FAST channels, 13 licensor FAST channels, and 4 partner SVOD brands. This leader oversees the full marketing engine driving subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue performance across owned and partner platforms. This role also serves as the operational and cultural bridge between the U.S. Hollywood business environment and Cineverse’s Kolkata‑based Services team, which includes specialists across ASO, CRM, Merchandising, Copywriting, Campaign Management, Insights, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing. The Director is responsible for hands‑on training, onboarding, skill development, and daily workflow leadership to transform early‑career talent into high‑performing operators who can execute at Hollywood standards. The Director directly leads 100+ annual title marketing initiatives, owning GTM planning, filmmaker/licensor approvals, and cross‑functional alignment. This role also owns brand strategy and growth for all 8 DTC brands, ensuring each brand has a clear identity, audience strategy, and performance roadmap. Finally, this leader is the primary partner‑facing executive for 70+ platform partners, owning merchandising strategy, promotional alignment, and ongoing partner relationships.
