You'll be an integral part of the leadership team dedicated to making Living Health a reality. As part of the enterprise Strategy & Transformation Office, the incumbent will collaborate with the senior-most executives and stakeholders across the organization to assist in the development and improvement of key enterprise strategic initiatives and will work closely with STO VPs and EVP to set project, office, and team direction. The Director largely is responsible for: Project leadership – lead a portfolio of strategy projects from end-to-end, including: scoping the project, developing workplans, staffing workstreams, leading problem solving and solutioning, developing materials, building client relationships, influencing leadership direction, and presenting results to executive leadership. People leadership – responsible for the development and growth of a small team of strategists, including ongoing performance management and mentorship. Office leadership – improving how we work as a team, creating actionable improvement plans, supporting general office management to ensure team effectiveness and satisfaction. This position is based out of the Pittsburgh (or Buffalo) office with a minimum 3-day per week in-office requirement Tuesday through Thursday.
