Position Summary The Director, System Strategy and Medical Foundation reports to the VP, Strategy and Medical Foundation and is responsible for leading the development, execution, and alignment of strategic initiatives across MemorialCare Medical Foundation (MCMF) and the broader health system. This role provides strategic direction, oversees business planning, and drives provider development for both the Medical Foundation and IPA divisions. The Director manages a team, including the Manager, System Strategy and Medical Foundation, and collaborates with executive leadership to ensure system-wide priorities are achieved.
