DIRECTOR, STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION- Position Summary: Serve as a senior strategic advisor to the chief transformation officer on enterprise transformation initiatives, bringing structured problem-solving and consulting-caliber analysis to complex business challenges. Lead end-to-end project delivery for high-priority strategic initiatives, including workplan development, stakeholder alignment, financial modeling, and executive-ready deliverables. Develop and present strategic recommendations to c-suite executives, physician leaders, and board-level audiences, translating complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights. Design and facilitate cross-functional working sessions, steering committees, and governance forums to drive alignment and decision-making across the organization. Identify and scope new transformation opportunities through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and market assessment, building compelling business cases for investment and action. Lead complex financial, operational, and strategic analyses that inform enterprise decision-making, including provider compensation modeling, operational assessments, and performance benchmarking. Build scalable analytical frameworks and models that support repeatable, data-driven strategy across the transformation office portfolio

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or healthcare transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations to C-suite and board-level audiences.
  • Exceptional structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft consulting-quality deliverables (presentations, memos, business cases).

Nice To Haves

  • Management consulting experience at a recognized firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, ECG, Huron, Guidehouse, or similar).
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in provider organizations, physician enterprises, health systems, or radiology/imaging services
