About The Position
The Director of Strategy and Special Projects will lead key strategic initiatives for Titan Operating Group, which comprises approximately 400 dialysis clinics and 50 inpatient acute programs across 5 states, generating around $1B in annual revenue. This position requires candidates to be based in the Mid-Atlantic region and involves travel within the region and for quarterly Divisional and Corporate meetings. The role includes developing a 3-year strategic plan, making decisions regarding capital deployment, identifying new market opportunities, and creating new models of collaboration in existing markets. The successful candidate will report to the Group Finance Director and will work closely with a team of highly motivated individuals, including ex-consultants, military leaders, investment bankers, and hospital C-suite executives.
