About The Position
A Strategy Director role is a key leadership position that is part of the Electronic Systems Sector Strategy and Planning team. In this role you will work closely with your peers and collaborate across the sector with opportunities to lead sector wide strategic initiatives, develop and mature market strategies, shape our corporate investment strategy, and support acquisitions and divestitures. This role reports directly to the Electronic Systems Vice President of Strategy and Planning. To expand the experience base of our current team, we are seeking multiple individuals with broad business or functional experience across the Aerospace and Defense industry, specifically in relevant BAE Systems Electronic Systems markets. Among the general activities listed above, we are seeking individuals with specific expertise in commerciality and how it applies within Aerospace and Defense. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that maximize delivery to our customers, ensure competitive pricing, and mitigate financial risks.
