About The Position

Under general direction, this role partners closely with leaders across PI to drive strategic development and planning, along with business architecture rigor, insight, and analysis. This role is responsible for leading engagements with varying degrees of complexity from inception through post monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 6 or more years of demonstrated business experience with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement and/or business architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive business strategies, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and Enterprise partners to conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Leads and conducts business capability discovery and analysis (moderate/high scope/complexity).
  • Leads and conducts capability assessments (moderate scope/complexity).
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions on various topics to drive productive discussions, ensure stakeholder engagement, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with leadership, peers, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and leveraging trust and credibility to effectively advocate for and drive the adoption of strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Partner closely with Agile/Delivery practices to evolve organizational operating and governance model to align with agile best practices and processes.
  • Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify potential solutions and mitigate risks in ambiguous scenarios, maintaining a proactive, scrappy, and flexible approach.
  • Approach challenges methodically, analyzing all relevant data and considering multiple factors before making decisions while maintaining realistic expectations internally and with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity during uncertain times, and fostering a culture of resilience and innovation within the team.
