As part of Zeta’s Audience Intelligence Platform’s (AIP) Strategy team you will contribute to and lead work with Fortune 2000 marketers, both pre-sale and post-sale, to help them optimize marketing strategies and tactics with a focus on digital channels. Using your analytical skills and digital marketing experience, you will help these world-class clients design and execute omni-channel marketing and measurement campaigns to drive better marketing ROI. In addition, the Director will develop, create, train and evangelize new and existing digital strategy offerings throughout Zeta. You understand what it means to be customer-obsessed and are passionate about developing best-in-class relevant, measurable customer experiences. You have a broad understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem. You can display a solid understanding of industry trends, best practices, performance insights, delivery platforms, and program strategies across email, display and/or social media that can best address common marketing challenges. You have experience consulting strategic solutions within matrixed environments and know how to approach solving business problems in a structured way. You exhibit poise and confidence in front of senior clients and can articulate complex ideas with clarity. You're a capable PowerPoint user who can work with product marketing resources to create best in class materials and can deliver a presentation with skill.

  • Seek to understand the Client’s business problems and be a trusted strategic advisor to internal teams and clients alike by providing strategic marketing insights.
  • Help identify opportunities for growth with existing clients in partnership with the Client Development lead.
  • Support the Business Development team as a client facing resource to build credibility with Zeta’s solutions.
  • Present and sell ideas to clients in partnership with the Client and Business development teams.
  • Design and deliver new workflows, tests, and POCs for clients.
  • Work with clients to develop, measure and optimize the performance of customer marketing programs across various digital channels.
  • Guide internal and client conversations regarding marketing measurement solutions.
  • Help clients and internal teams understand emerging digital marketing trends and apply best practices.
  • Establish & maintain internal relationships with adjoining teams to ensure seamless external experience.
  • Provide guidance to Product on roadmap and platform gaps based on client needs.
  • 10+ years of experience in a client facing digital solutions role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • 2+ years client-facing experience in sales / business development, sales engineering, solution consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with enterprise-class digital/email marketing and/or programmatic/social media marketing.
  • Experience managing email, display, social, mobile, search and/or affiliate programs.
  • Understanding of customer relationship marketing concepts, strategic frameworks, key metrics, and tactical approaches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • High intellectual curiosity, drive, and proactivity.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and modeling approaches.
