As the Director of Strategic Transformation & Product Ops, you will serve as the operational and strategic partner to the President of a fast-growing business unit, driving organizational efficiency, alignment, and innovation. You will act as the “Active Copilot,” turning strategic vision into actionable plans, building predictive insights, and ensuring cross-functional teams execute effectively. This role blends product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and organizational transformation, enabling the unit to shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive execution. You will lead initiatives to optimize workflows, implement AI-driven solutions, and synthesize complex information into actionable intelligence for leadership. This is a high-impact position requiring a combination of strategic acumen, operational expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Act as a proxy and decision-making partner for the President in critical meetings and cross-functional interactions.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps, deploying resources to unblock teams and drive progress.
  • Provide strategic input, challenge assumptions, and test ideas using data-driven insights and product thinking.
  • Redesign the operating cadence, including quarterly reviews, planning sessions, and board updates, to ensure forward-looking execution.
  • Build predictive early-warning systems using leading indicators to anticipate risks and optimize performance.
  • Drive cross-BU alignment to leverage shared resources and prevent redundant efforts.
  • Lead AI and automation initiatives to increase operational velocity and efficiency.
  • Synthesize complex business data into clear, actionable insights for the President and senior leadership.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management Leadership, Strategy, or similar roles (Head of Product, Director of Product, or Founder experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B ecosystems, preferably ERP, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems with high agency, drive transformation, and operate in ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with strategic planning frameworks and operational cadence design.
  • Comfortable with significant travel (50–75%) to support strategy implementation, workshops, and offsites.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
  • Competitive base salary: $140,000 – $160,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.
