Leads the company’s sourcing strategy for large-scale capital and operational projects, setting the vision for sourcing strategies including category management and strategic sourcing that deliver long-term value, foster innovation, and align with corporate objectives. Accountable for driving cost efficiency and optimization in the company’s O&M and capital supplier spending, ensuring measurable reductions in total cost of ownership. Creates value through demand planning, buying centralization, parts standardization, improved contract administration, and robust risk management. Leads transformation initiatives to elevate sourcing practices to best-in-class standards through governance, supplier collaboration, and advanced analytics. Seeking candidate with experience implementing digital procurement tools, analytics platforms, or automation solutions. Track record of building and leading high‑performing sourcing or supply chain teams with ability to build collaboration with business unit partners to drive significant value for our enterprise. Strong executive‑level communication skills, including presenting strategies to C‑suite stakeholders Span of Control: Leads a team of leaders and individual contributors with overall 10-30 FTEs and manages an O&M annual budget of up to $10 million.
