About The Position

As a Director Strategic Sourcing here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role
in driving procurement of materials and services in alignment with business
leadership. You will be responsible for establishing and executing procurement
strategies with specific critical impact suppliers to achieve improved delivery
and quality. This role requires broad understanding of supply chain, operations
and procurement/sourcing to significantly improve the performance of our most
distressed suppliers.

You will report directly to our Sr Director, Focused Supplier Development
Mechanical and based out of the South Bend IN or Phoenix AZ location.  This role
will work a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving supplier performance,
ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, improving quality and
ensuring growth from the supplier to support the annual operating plan. You will
also contribute to the growth and success of the business by identifying
cost-saving opportunities, implementing value engineering initiatives, and
streamlining supplier operations.
