About The Position
The Director, Strategic Solutions at CHIME is responsible for executing a needs-based sales strategy aimed at recruiting and retaining CHIME Foundation members. This role involves serving as the strategic lead for Foundation Firm engagements, maximizing the value of assigned Foundation Members and health tech vendors. The Director will develop strategies to increase member investment and ensure timely delivery of programs, while conducting needs assessments to align product offerings with strategic goals.
