REMOTE (Work may be performed anywhere) Rechat is seeking a highly driven Director, Strategic Partnerships to accelerate our growth within the enterprise brokerage segment (100+ agents). This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new business with mid-to-large real estate brokerages across North America. This role is heavily outbound-driven, with 70–80% of the pipeline generated through proactive prospecting, strategic outreach, and relationship development. You will own the full sales cycle - from target account strategy and executive outreach through deal negotiation and close - while helping define and scale Rechat’s enterprise go-to-market motion. You will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product to refine enterprise positioning, inform strategy, and drive meaningful revenue growth.
