Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficient in attention to detail, proactive in approach, and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Capable of excelling in fast-paced settings while effectively managing multiple priorities at once.

Nice To Haves

  • A master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cross-functional programs, ensuring they deliver the company's strategic objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program goals, scope, and deliverables. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Build and lead a high-performing program management team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success. Monitor and report on program progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in program management. Encourage innovation and process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Program manage the execution of M&A integration workstreams.
