This is your opportunity to play a leadership role in growing Capital One Ad Solutions and Capital One Shopping. You will leverage strategic problem solving, business development acumen, and new venture execution to ensure Capital One achieves its ambitious business growth targets. What will you be doing? Lead a team of high performing analysts, directing their focus to unlock and accelerate high-priority strategic growth vectors across the business Operate as the leading edge and bridge between functional areas, especially Product and Technology, to accelerate progress towards the top long-term strategic initiatives Be the executive team's go-to, crafting the insights and narrative used in C-suite conversations Span new initiative lifecycles from initial strategy planning to actual execution with BD and technology resourcing Own a portfolio of initiatives that vary in maturing from zero-to-one, to scaling, to mature products seeking new product expansion Gain quick experience with operating like a software startup, but backed by the resources of a top 10 consumer financial institution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
  • At least 7 years of experience in analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • At least 2 year of experience in complex project management
