Wiz is hiring a Director of Strategic Partners to help build and scale our Systems Integrator (SI) go-to-market business. This quota-carrying role focuses on driving revenue with the world’s largest system integrators through sell-to, sell-with, sell-through, and build-with models. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment—someone who can build repeatable processes and make an immediate impact on growth.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling to or with global system integrators (GSIs, MSSPs).
  • Consistent quota overachievement and strong command of pipeline metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience building scalable, data-driven sales processes and partner programs.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree preferred; ability to travel globally as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS or early-growth technology environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed a direct sales quota; drive new logo acquisition with global SI partners.
  • Develop and execute a KPI-driven, repeatable GTM process to scale SI sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Align and coordinate internal sales, alliances, and services teams to deliver a unified SI go-to-market approach.
  • Build and nurture champions at both business and technical levels within SI organizations.
  • Manage a global pipeline with clear accountability, visibility, and performance metrics.

  • Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location.
