About The Position
As Director of Strategic Operations at Pair Team, you will drive the development and execution of high-impact initiatives that expand care access and improve outcomes for underserved populations. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll lead mission-critical projects from concept through launch—shaping company strategy while rolling up your sleeves to deliver results. Your work will directly influence how Pair Team scales its model and serves its most complex patients. This is a unique opportunity to be both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator at a fast-growing, mission-driven company. This is a fully remote position reporting up to the SVP of Central Operations.
