About The Position
BAE Systems is hiring a Director, Strategic Operations – Production to support our Combat Missions Systems (CMS) business. The Director of Strategic Operations is a member of the Combat Vehicle Delivery Leadership Team who works closely with the Senior Director of Operations to take the lead role in Production Operational initiatives driving safe, on-time vehicle delivery to specification within cost. The role includes oversight of multiple families of combat vehicles across manufacturing sites located in York, PA, Anniston, AL, Aiken, SC, and Elgin, OK. This position is onsite based in York, PA. The role requires 25% of travel.
