About The Position

Fidelity Institutional (FI) is looking for a Director to join the Strategy and Operations team within Wealth Advisory & Portfolio Solutions (WA&PS) to help manage and deliver on critical strategic initiatives. Principal in this space will be Fidelity's relationship with Envestnet as a strategic partner supporting Fidelity Institutional from a platform and product perspective. This role will help develop and execute on the overall program, including strategy & vision, key milestones, and program management. Moreover, this individual will be responsible for communicating and aligning strategy with senior external partners as well as critical internal stakeholders. In addition to the Envestnet relationship, this role will be aligned to lead important strategic initiatives for WA&PS. The breadth of this role requires a diverse skill set including business strategy and analysis, program management, and effective senior communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Self-starter, independently oriented, and excited by working on strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presence, and leadership to manage senior external relationships.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
• MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to work reciprocally in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Capable of influencing Fidelity leadership through relationship-building and high-quality presentations.
• Intellectual curiosity and tenacity to develop creative approaches to problem solving.
