The Director of Strategic Initiatives in eCommerce will report to the Leader of eCommerce Field Operations. The Director provides enterpriselevel leadership of strategic initiatives including B2B relationships through influence and partnership with customers, peers and division based crossfunctional partners. With a growth focus, this role will set strategy to build new business, govern performance via KPI frameworks, and champion continuous improvement and engagement. The leader partners with internal teams and external vendors to integrate demand, optimize capacity, and ensure timely, costeffective, and accurate delivery of product. The position will be based out of the following location(s): Boise, ID or Pleasanton, CA. Travel is required for this role (65-75%) to meet customers across our national network. When not travelling, this role is a hybrid working role with the expectation of 4 days of in-office work and 1 day of remote work. This is subject to change due to management expectations.
