About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external constituents.
  • Proficiency in general office equipment and Windows-based personal computers.
  • Proficiency in administrative computing systems and MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in database systems such as Advance and Raisers Edge.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in project management and strategy planning software such as Cascade, ClearPoint Strategy, and Envisio.
  • Familiarity with survey, assessment, and training tools such as Gallup and Clifton Strengths finder.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute, and coordinate special projects for the Vice President's Office.
  • Create detailed project plans and manage day-to-day project activities and progress.
  • Communicate updates to all necessary stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage work related to campus strategic plans and provide support for action plans for board committees.
  • Prepare annual reports for distribution to the campus.
  • Conduct research to finalize high-level presentations and reports about institutional and strategic issues.
  • Develop standard reporting procedures for the Vice President's Office.
  • Manage communications for the Division of University Advancement on behalf of the VP.
  • Write and edit Presidential Briefings and division-wide communications as directed by the VP.
  • Develop board-related materials and presentations for the CSFPF Board of Governors.
  • Recruit, supervise, and evaluate administrative and student assistants.
  • Provide guidance and support for various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
