This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team. In this role, you will Direct the Operations by managing the day-to-day for all assigned strategic accounts. You will be responsible for coaching your team on all aspects of activities as it relates to assigned Strategic Accounts. You will work cross functionally with other Element departments to ensure client and stakeholder needs are met and that we provide a Consistent Superior Client Experience as measured by client feedback and quarterly NPS feedback surveys. Additionally, you and your team will work from a continuous improvement mindset to ensure we have best in class processes across all areas of responsibility and are always looking to improve said processes.
