Before applying, we encourage you to visit us to learn more: Website | X/Twitter | LinkedIn THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a technical product leader to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for stock tokenization — from deep integrations with market infrastructure operators (exchanges, ATS platforms, clearinghouses) to DeFi distribution and onchain utility. This role operates within and extends the existing Securitize platform and infrastructure — our DS Protocol tokenization stack, Securitize Markets broker- dealer, transfer agent services, and multi-chain deployment capabilities — rather than building from scratch. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role. You will be the primary technical product counterpart in rooms with exchange executives, regulators, and C-suite stakeholders. You will drive the architecture of how tokenized equities are issued, traded 24/7, settled with atomic delivery-versus-payment (DvP), and made composable across DeFi — while navigating the unique challenges that public equities introduce (corporate actions, rebasing, Reg NMS compliance) on top of our existing tokenization infrastructure. This role requires deep presence in New York to attend in-person technical integration meetings with market infrastructure partners and maintain ongoing relationships with key counterparts in the financial ecosystem.
