  • Own insight quality and trust: accuracy, lineage, documentation, validation, and repeatability for all SPM Product performance measures.
  • Lead AI-Enabled Product Decision Intelligence Using Data Science Outputs
  • Lead the operationalization of Data Science assets into SPM Product decision support (predictive signals, optimization outputs, propensity/retention insights, catastrophe/risk signals) with clear interpretation and business context.
  • Own AI-forward insight patterns that improve decision speed and quality (early-warning/anomaly detection, scenario exploration, sensitivity analysis, “recommended action” framing with documented tradeoffs).
  • Ensure the insight layer answers the Product questions SPMs need: what happened, why, what’s next, what to do, and what it will cost/risk.
  • Own SPM Product Performance Analytics and the Enterprise Results Narrative
  • Own the core SPM Product performance measurement system across states and ensure consistent interpretation of results (KPI governance, driver/attribution views, and performance narratives).
  • Serve as the primary, accountable voice for Product results across the organization—translating complex analytics into clear executive storytelling and decision-ready readouts.
  • Lead recurring SPM Product performance deliverables (weekly/monthly/quarterly packs, leadership readouts, deep dives) as a single source of truth.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment to Deliver Actionable Product Insights
  • Lead alignment with SPM leaders, Product Development, Actuarial, Underwriting, Technology/Data Engineering, and Data Science to ensure Product insights are decision-ready, consistent, and adopted in Product governance and state cadences.

  • Own performance expectations and culture for the team: speed with control, clarity over complexity, and measurable impact on SPM Product decisions.
