Gigamon is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Program Management (depending on the person) to lead the program management office (PMO) for the Product and Development organization at Gigamon. This role reports into the Chief Product and Development Officer, with broad visibility and high impact. This vital leadership role is responsible for program management in establishing and improving business processes for new product introduction, engineering operations, product operations, quality initiatives, and cross-company program coordination. Peers include the leaders for Development, QA, Product Management, Product Marketing, and others.
