The Office of the Chief Customer Officer partners directly with Salesforce’s most strategic customers, executive leaders, and product teams to ensure that real-world enterprise insight drives both product innovation and market leadership. As a Director/Sr Director of Product Management, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, executive customer engagement, and industry thought leadership. This is not a traditional roadmap ownership role. Instead, you will apply deep product and industry expertise to influence the most important conversations shaping the future of enterprise data, analytics, and the agentic enterprise. You will engage with senior executives at leading organizations, help guide complex product discussions in strategic opportunities, translate customer insight into actionable product intelligence, and contribute to shaping the industry narrative around modern data architecture. This role requires a rare combination of product depth, executive presence, and strategic thinking.
